I was on a quest to heal my gut microbiome, relieve my anxiety, and sleep better. I was referred to Dr. Joseph and am so thankful that I was. He has a lifetime of experience in acupuncture and natural healing. He listens and provides thoughtful care and expertise. I had seen several acupuncturists prior to Dr. Joseph and he stands out as the best of the best. He provided herbs that helped me sleep while I could get no relief from western mainstream medicine. He helped me with my gut health and anxiety and even helped me heal a knee injury. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph as a kind, intuitive, deliberate, and skillful acupuncturist.
I have been seeing Dr Joseph Weissbuch for over a year or more for various medical complaints as well as some orthopedic issues. He has helped me with all of these . I have seen many acupuncturists over the years and consider myself a knowledgeable consumer. I can gladly give Joseph a 5 star review for his knowledge and as well as an easy going bedside manner coupled with an ability to listen carefully.
I had a great treatment with Dr. Jessica! Her needling style is gentle and really helped me feel calm and relaxed. She also gave me cupping for my back which helped relieve tension and reduce pain. She's super chill, and I felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I began seeing the practitioners at this clinic for a severe sciatica. This was years ago and since then I have seen Root and Stem practitioners for a variety of aches and pains that I deal with being a maturing athlete. They are kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. The best in the bay (in my opinion).
My experience with this doctor left me feeling invalidated and even more mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted ironically, the very reasons I sought out Dr. Jessica Parker’s services in the first place. Based on her stated areas of expertise, symptoms, and diagnoses she claims to be knowledgeable in and capable of helping heal, I trusted that I would receive clear guidance and support. I spent all of my savings on supplements and follow-up appointments, yet I never received a clear, guided protocol toward healing, symptom relief, or a structured treatment plan. Despite multiple appointments and extensive lab work, there was no cohesive strategy provided to help me move forward with confidence. When I attempted to call the office to ask the doctor questions, the receptionist responded in a way that made me feel as though she had never seen or heard of me before. Her tone was passive and dismissive, even after I explained that I was a current patient. This interaction was extremely off-putting, especially given the level of stress I was already under. There was also no follow-up from the doctor outside of paid appointments. If I needed clarification, had concerns, or wanted to ask additional questions, the only option was to schedule and pay for another visit. Support did not extend beyond billing for more time. After providing more information than I was even asked for information that is vital to properly treating a patient, I was ultimately told, “You can try medicine from another doctor and see how you feel,” or “just try XYZ for a while.” This response was deeply unsettling. I am not an experiment. With the lab results and diagnoses that Dr. Parker claims to specialize in, I expected professional guidance, direction, and a clear plan to help me work toward relief and healing. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed, unsupported, and financially depleted. I made the decision to stop spending money I barely had on care that lacked direction or accountability. Now I am forced to seek help elsewhere, having lost both time and money, and having to relive this experience all over again an experience that has been unnecessarily stressful and, frankly, traumatic. Bias or not, I truly hope no one experiences what I have and still is.
