I go here fairly often with my friends to play for figurines and stuff, it's always great. Today we got great help from Tyler W. When they ran out of bags, he found the last bags in the back for us. When we bought promotional/collaboration items, he took time to help us look for what we wanted. He went above and beyond when he was willing to talk, learn a little about the collab and why we liked it. When we won figurines that didn't have boxes, we went up to the front to ask if they had boxes. For each item he went to the back and found the box. He gave us the best customer service I've probably ever had. Will continue to come back!
My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday. And needless to say, we wont come back. Not a great experience at all. Staff wasnt friendly, and the costs for credits its pretty high. My daughter loves claw machines, but the odds of winning are terrible. She probably has a better shot of winning the lottery. And it was the same experience with the games to win tickets. Not worth the cost to barely get any tickets. Not a great start for her birthday, but we were able to turn it around by taking our business elsewhere.
Amazing service!!! The Manager was fantastic! She helped us get everything situated and served our food. We have 2 special needs kids and they absolutely love it!!! Thank ypu so much!!!
Neat spot to bring the family for a game night! I like how they have an option to play certain games (ones that do not dispense tickets or prizes) for $8-10/ hour. The place was clean and most of the games I played seemed to be I. Fair condition. I recommend the Halo game near the front of the store. I’d come back again!
Around one was excellent me and my family of eight had a great time. We played so many games and had so much virtual fun at all at a great price. The food was great. We couldn’t ask for a better place at that moment.
