I recently purchased a ring from ROX Liverpool and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial enquiry to the final purchase, the service was second to none. A special thank you to Jess, who assisted me throughout the process. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend ROX for their beautiful selection and first class customer service.
Don’t think I’ve ever had such impeccable service. The multiple occasions I have been into store I’ve had the delight of being served by Euan (looks a little bit like Tom Cruise), not only was he a joy to be around but his knowledge of the watches was extremely impressive. If I could buy every watch in the store off him I would, but I’m sure after a few glasses of champagne I could be swayed. He really is a credit to the business and I think everyone should take a leaf out of his service as it was nothing short of outstanding.
My experience at Rox was nothing short of outstanding. I took my brother here to help him find his dream engagement ring for his fiance. And thanks to Euan and the rest of the amazing staff there he left over the moon with his decision. We went to another jewellers before and the attention to detail at Rox compared to them was like night and day. We were made to feel at home and felt instantly relaxed after being offered a complimentary drink and taking a seat in a luxurious sitting area. Euans extensive knowledge in diamonds and jewellery made the process of finding the ring effortless. His wisdom and professionalism was phenomenal, even offering bespoke advice tailored to my brother’s wants and needs. My brother didn’t feel rushed to make a decision but once he did Euan ensured the ring was delivered immediately even going to the extent of dropping it off to us to make sure he had it for the proposal. He is an asset to the company. It’s down to staff like Euan who make me want to become a returning customer. My brother is excited to be returning to Rox to purchase the matching weddings bands and couldn’t recommend enough!
I had a fantastic experience at Rox. I went in there with a rough idea in my head of what I wanted to get and very quickly Bronte took the time to understand my desires and sentiments for the ring. She was very knowledgeable about engagement rings and respectful of my wishes and budget. What a lovely girl and helped me decide quite quickly what the best option was. Highly recommend!
I have the most stunning engagement diamond ring from Rox in Liverpool. Jess looked after us and ensured that we ended up with the most perfect ring for me. She was professional, courteous and genuinely lovely on each occasion saw her. We had no intention of buying a ring, we just looked in the window one day, dazzled by the diamond jewellery and she gently approached us outside, engaged with us in a way that didn't make us want to walk away, so we went inside and were sold. Customer service, lacking in a lot of places these days, is in abundance in Rox, Liverpool. Jess ensured we got the quality, size & colour of the diamond we wanted then worked with us for the design. The result is a stunning engagement ring that perfectly compliments my wedding ring, everyone notices it and how it sparkles, and I absolutely love it. Bonus is, we get free cleaning for life on the ring and, three free services. We know my ring will always be in top top condition with this excellent after care. All the staff at Rox were lovely but as Jess looked after us so well, she deserves a special mention. We will be back for another piece of jewellery that I have my eye on for sure.
