We had such a great experience getting a custom-made engagement ring! Sally was amazing to work with, she was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted. They worked quickly to meet my tight timeline, and the ring even arrived sooner than expected. The final piece was absolutely perfect, and their price match made it an incredible deal. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process and the result!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. The store itself was very welcoming and beautifully laid out. They offered us a fantastic discount, saving us hundreds of pounds, which was such a pleasant surprise. The ring we purchased is absolutely lovely — definitely a keeper! Highly recommend.

We were visiting Liverpool for the day when I saw THE ring I have been searching for in Diamond Heaven (as a 25th wedding anniversary gift). Sally looked after us beautifully from the minute she presented us with the ring ( which fitted me perfectly), and was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and generally fabulous! Other staff were also pleasant and joined in our conversations occasionally, making the whole process a delight. Following our purchase, we were advised where we can go in the future to have the ring cleaned, and an email receipt arrived within minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this professional, knowledgeable and friendly business. Thank you, you made our day.
