My 1st Diadem experience was very impressive and exceeded all expectations! This long-standing family-owned bouquet has been open 20+ years on New Garden but I hadn’t known about it. Welcomed warmly promptly, then met and greeted professionally by Brian within a few minutes. Then the owner, Sterling, came out to greet me. I learned that he has had 40+ years of experience and was actually in business with a lifelong friend running a very successful Jewelry chain before they were sold. This store was very busy on Christmas Eve eve but they made me feel like the only customer in the store with their authenticity and care. I had a repair service needed, hoping to have back for a surprise Christmas gift. Brian inspected, priced the job fairly and gave an eta of 1/12, pending availability of parts. I told him I was hoping to have the ring back for my wife’s Christmas gift. He said he would do all he could, but could not promise anything. I OK’d the price for the repair and left. The next morning I received an amazing text, notifying me that my wife’s ring was ready! Wow. What outstanding, swift service to make it happen for my wife’s Christmas gift! I will be back soon to get my watches’ new batteries and for all our future jewelry needs! Give Diadem the opportunity to help meet all your jewelry and watch needs, you will be happy you did!
Diadem did a great job on the repair of my wife’s engagement and wedding bands. The rings were wearing thin and needed to be resized. They were able to build the shanks back up, resize the rings and secure one of the sapphires as well. It was done earlier than promised and came out beautifully. My son had a custom engagement ring made there as well. Very nice folks. They will take good care of you and your jewelry needs. Highly recommend.
Great service ! I converted an earring to a pendant and was very pleased at the workmanship of the jeweler and also the speed at which the repair was completed . The employees were all very friendly. Will definitely be using this jewelry store again in the future.
Diadem Jewelers has been an absolutely wonderful business to work with. Not to mention their stunning selection of jewelry for both my ring and my now husbands. Kathy helped us pick out both of our rings and band. She was a pleasure to work with and is so kind and patient. My husband was able to completely customize his ring and he was given endless options to make his ring unique and comfortable.
Great people behind this boutique! Looking at some watches , and they adjusted my Rolex and Grand Seiko on the spot ! , and now they fit perfectly ! Looking forward to my next visit , bringing a friend to look at the Royal Diadem sport watches with Swiss movement , they are beautiful pcs and priced right .
