I attended a session at Safety Training Seminars and was very impressed. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly and knowledgeable instructors 2) Hands on BLS certification practice 3) Easy to schedule CPR certification class. The whole experience was smooth and left me feeling confident in my new skills.
Safety Training Seminars delivered an easy to follow process, that is affordable and built for success. I enjoyed the BLS online training as well as the manikin and computer guided test. I left feeling confident and ready to use the skills.
I would like to preface this review by clarifying that I attempted to complete the skills portion on a day before a holiday. I Bought and signed up for this course without much research because I needed it urgently for my new job. I arrived at one listed location and was (foolishly) surprised that there wasn’t a class and I couldn’t find anything open. I was very confused about the location and went to the location shown in the YouTube tutorial. THAT IS THE WRONG LOCATION. I am writing this review to bring attention to the fact that the two addresses are very confusing. I did finally in the end get my certification and it was very convenient considering that I had a wide range of times available. Just be sure to read instructions thoroughly.
From the moment I arrived, everything was organized and the staff were friendly. The BLS class was thorough, hands on, and gave me confidence to handle emergencies. I left with a BLS certification and would recommend Safety Training Seminars to anyone looking for reliable CPR and first‑aid training.
I had a great experience with Safety Training Seminars! The online course and RQI mannequin set up made it so easy and efficient for me to obtain my ACLS with my busy schedule. I will definitely be renewing with them in the future!
