Prepared me for my bls easily and materials and technology made me feel prepared for providing life support. The parking spot was hard to find when I got in because numbers weren't clear. A sign labeling the spot for safety seminars would mitigate this.
Just completed my renewal for my ACLS & PALS ceritifaction in this clean, safe, quiet environment. Everything works as it should, and the space is very neatly organized. Could not be happier with the service provided by STS! Keep up the excellent work.
I was in a bind and needed to find a class ASAP, so i can start my new job. Safety Training Seminars came through! The online portion was so easy to grasp and understand and provided tools and feedback that made it easy to retain the information being presented. The hands on portion was also excellent, the feedback being given while doing compressions and using the bag valve mask made it easy to understand where i was going wrong and made it easy to correct my mistake right away. Definitely recommend!!
The space is clean and easy to follow instructions. The staff was friendly and they solved my questions regarding the process. As a suggestion, I think clarifying that the online content doesn’t require a login and it’s just the landing page on the website that you get on the confirmation, will be great as I also thought I needed to take some online content during the appointment. And it’s just the practical part. Thanks
