Their technicians may or may not show and they don't seem to care about their reputation. Full story: I booked an appointment to get an estimate for replacing the furnace and ducting of my existing system. The company gave me a 4 hour (!!) appointment window from 8am to 12pm and said the tech would call me 30 minutes before showing up. On the day of the appointment there was no word from the company. I called at 10:30am to ask how many appointments the tech had before mine and to let them know that I needed to leave at 12pm. They said the tech was out buying materials for another job and would call me when he was heading over. The tech never showed or called me. Nearly 4 hours after the appointment he messaged me saying he could be over in 20 minutes, no apology or explanation for why he missed the appointment. The company followed up with me a couple times after to ask if how the meeting went. I told them the tech never showed up and they casually asked if I wanted to reschedule, making it sound like this happens often. Apparently they have no idea what their technicians are doing and what appointments they're actually showing up to... What makes this situation more annoying is I was not living at the property and had to take time off to accommodate a 4 hour appointment window. The lack of communication resulted in me wasting nearly a full day and needing to schedule another company to do the work. Green Future Heating and Air Conditioning scheduled an appointment for a specific time, showed up on time, gave me a quote, and did great work. Maybe my situation won't happen to you, but why risk it when there are other vendors to choose from. Receipts attached...
