Super responsive with helpful phone and online communication. Technician (Cooper) was professional, polite and very informative. He carefully explained my current leak situation and was happy to answer any questions about current plumbing issue and other unrelated plumbing questions. The repair was on a ball valve that had been installed by Schaal 3 years earlier. Of course, I didn’t like the idea of paying for repair but the situation was carefully explained as to labor and material warranties. In the end, plumbing repairs are expensive but having a quick response, reasonable explanation and professional/honest technician helps soothe the pain.
Highly recommend these guys. Furnace TOK'd itself on the coldest day of the year and I was in a panic with kids at home. Everything from the phone call the scheduling to the tech was a wonderful and kind experience. No I dont wanna replace the stupid thing but they certainly made me feel as good as I could about it.
He was amazing to work with. He was on time. He fixed our drain quickly and answered all our questions. Super friendly and professional. Over the past year, I have had a lot of work completed by Schall. All employees I have interacted with have been fantastic, polite and have explained the process/repairs in a way I understand. Not all my jobs were as simple as they seemed, but Schall made efforts to go above and beyond for my situations. They have very knowledgeable employees and are willing to do what they can for the customer. 100% recommend Schall as your go to for all house needs.
Andrew was on point from the moment he walked in the door. He explained all his checks/processes well. I had a concern about a ground-fault outlet in our master bathroom. He was able troubleshoot it and fixed the issue of it tripping. He was very personable and engaging the entire time. He explained all recommended repairs related to new electrical code. I will definitely request him in the future.
