Our boiler that provides hot water and heat went out for the last time, and when we needed diagnostic for potential repair, fair market bids, and eventually replacement they came out on top. Their team was helpful, fast and transparent as could be - even coming back to make additional improvements after the initial install they noticed would improve the function and lifetime of the boiler system. Would recommend them to anyone.
My brother's furnace went out the day before he needed a hospital treatment and we needed help fast. We called Golden Rule and it was the best decision. They sent Colton out the same day and he spent hours looking at the problem and helping us to make the decision to repair or replace. We never got any pressure to replace...instead we got step by step thorough exam of all components and with constant updates which helped us make the decision that we needed to replace. Dustin came quickly to quote the new system. Again no pressure to upsale Both gentleman were and so patient and kind as we dealt with things by phone calls and taking extra steps to keep my ill brother informed of what we were all deciding and comfortable. They set his house up to be warm through the night. We were so appreciative of these wonderful guys. The next day, while we were at the hospital, Theron & Bill installed the new furnace. They took their time and were so thorough with some poorly wiring done by a different company to get everything up to code. They left the work area spotless. Pricing was fair. No surprises. We paid exact amount they quoted. The main office was also good about sending texts with needed information. The whole experience was positive and professional on every level. We will recommend Golden Rule, Colton, Dustin, Theron & Bill to everyone!!
We experienced a carbon monoxide leak in our furnace in the middle of the night. Called Golden Rule as soon as they opened, we had a technician out within the hour. Evan was very thorough with his inspection and very knowledgeable. We understood now at this point we needed a new unit. Bobby was able to present several options at a fair price. We decided to move forward. Theron, Teddy and Abraham were over the next day. Everyone was professional, personable and was able to compete a full furnace and AC replacement in less than 8 hours. Very impressed by the communication. All Class. A+ company.
Landon, our technician was fantastic and very quick doing the replacement of our Laundry box And valves. We were really happy with the quick response and being able to get it done the same day. We were quite surprised and had a bit of sticker shock when the valve replacement and laundry box with labor was over $1100.
