I visited the physical therapy office in person to schedule an appointment after experiencing difficulty reaching them by phone. Unfortunately, I was not attended to promptly by the four staff members I encountered. One staff member was on her cell phone, another was engaged in conversation near the entrance, and a third, identifiable by her polka-dot shirt and short hair, joined the group without greeting anyone. I was wondering what kind of customer service they provide to their clients.
I was a little nervous going in for my first time at PT, but Christine made it very comfortable for me and I’m very pleased and impressed after two visits.
Corrine my physical therapist and the director are wonderful and helped me so much in my rehab of my right knee. I am so much better than I was when I started there thanks to Corinne! I highly recommend Select physical therapy for any of your physical therapy or occupational therapy needs!
This is my third time to Select PT. Always helpful and informative. Very good physical therapists. 😊
Would not recommend Physical therapy at this location. It all depends on your PT therapist. There are therapist there that want to get you better while others spend as little time possible with you. You’re there for an hour, paying for an hour and may only get 30 minutes Of actual physical therapy. Very disappointing.
