Every single visit, Katie greets me like I’m the main character walking into a movie scene! She’s so welcoming, her vibe is immaculate, and she somehow manages to make lasers and needles sound not so bad. My results have been unreal, smoother skin, tighter texture, brighter glow… honestly at this point I feel like Katie’s recommendations combining micro needling with laser facials deserves partial credit for my face. If you’re thinking about combining laser facials with needling, DO IT! I highly recommend.
Katie at the front desk was such a kind soul. I had so many questions, and she was very patient with me before my treatment. Also - RN Ari was so super friendly. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns before my micro needling treatment. Overall, easy, smooth process. Highly recommend!!
I always have such a great experience at SEV Laser in downtown San Diego! Katie is amazing, she’s so friendly, welcoming, and always helps me make the most informed decisions about my treatments. Nurse Cassidy was also wonderful, incredibly thorough, efficient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I always leave feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend this location and their team!
My very first lasering experience was amazing! I was pretty nervous coming in but Katie at the front desk reassured me that it wouldn't be that bad and she was right! She was welcoming and helpful and told me about the black Friday deals which I immediately signed up for a microneedling sesh. Kathryn did my lasering and she was great! She was patient and thorough while explaining everything and answering all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. She was so quick too - I barely felt any discomfort. Thank you for such a great first lasering experience!
I absolutely love SEV, and have seen amazing results! Love the staff but absolutely ADORE Katie at the front desk😍 i genuinely look forward to coming in to chat with her, truly such a great peoples person! So professional and welcoming, I always feel super comfortable! Couldn’t recommend SEV east village any more!
