There are no words that fully capture how incredibly grateful I am for Shannon, Tara, and the entire SLE Team. In a world where there are countless wedding planners to choose from, how do you pick? I looked at several planners and can confidently say that any one of them would have delivered a beautiful wedding. But to me, it wasn’t just about a beautiful wedding. Did I want a beautiful wedding? Absolutely! And it was truly breathtaking and authentically us from start to finish - absolute perfection! (SLE will forever be my only recommendation). But equally as important to me, was the planning process. I wanted it to be fun and life-giving, not stressful and draining. I wanted to work with a team who embraced my hopes, dreams, and desires and would also give me honest feedback. I wanted a team who was even more detail-oriented than me (and that’s tough). I wanted to feel seen, understood, and known, not just as a client, but as an individual. I can truthfully say that SLE surpassed all of my expectations and made me feel as if my wedding day was the most important day of their lives too! Because of my decision to partner with SLE, a season that is often stressful and overwhelming was instead filled with peace, trust, and excitement. I felt seen, listened to, and cared for every step of the way. They listened to my heart, honored what mattered most to us, and treated our marriage and wedding day with deep respect. Throughout the planning process, I could feel how much thought and care went into every detail, including details no one ever saw. Nothing was rushed, nothing was overlooked, and everything was handled with care and the upmost professionalism. What makes SLE truly extraordinary is not just their world class talent, but the heart behind their work! They serve with humility, compassion, and integrity, and it shows in everything they do. On the wedding day, we experienced a level of calm and joy that can only be described as a gift. Thanks to the SLE Team, we were able to be fully present and soak in every meaningful moment, trusting that everything was unfolding exactly as it was meant to. The day felt covered, protected, and filled with so much love and purpose. SLE didn’t just help us plan a wedding; they walked alongside us during one of the most meaningful chapters of our lives and we are endlessly grateful for the role they played at the starting point of our marriage. By the end, the SLE team wasn’t just a vendor, but friends... a part of our story—people God used to make our wedding truly exceptional. Months after the wedding, what remains is a deep thankfulness for the care, love, and intention they poured into our day. Working with SLE was one of the greatest blessings of this season of our lives, and they will always have a special place in our hearts!
We worked with Shannon Leahy Events to plan our wedding weekend in Palm Springs, and we truly can’t say enough good things. From start to finish, the experience was 10/10—every event not only met but exceeded our expectations, which were already high going in! The welcome party stands out as a particular highlight: what began as a completely bare lot was transformed into an incredible, immersive space. It was hard to believe it had ever been just an empty patch of land. But honestly, every event—the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party, and brunch—was flawlessly designed and executed. The ceremony setup was nothing short of breathtaking. The floral team brought a stunning vision to life, and we are still in awe. As a couple who didn’t have a clear aesthetic in mind, we were so grateful for how SLE guided us through the design process, asking thoughtful questions to understand our style and crafting something that felt completely authentic to us. On top of that, the logistical support was invaluable—SLE removed so much stress from our plates, and we had total trust in them throughout the process. We also appreciated that they managed a tricky planning partner with professionalism and grace so we didn’t have to. Their vendor recommendations were outstanding—every option they presented was high quality and thoughtfully curated, making each decision feel exciting and easy. The SLE team was organized, proactive, responsive, and so thoughtful—it was clear they genuinely cared about making the weekend as special as possible for us. Their attention to detail and availability during the wedding weekend made all the difference, allowing us to stay fully present and enjoy every moment. We are endlessly grateful to Elise, Kelsey, Victoria and the entire SLE team team. If you're lucky enough to work with them, you’ll be in the best hands.
Working with Camden and the SLE Team was a bride's dream come true. I was personally a bride who had a specific vision but also did not want to be too involved in all the nitty gritty details. Camden took the time to understand everything I wanted and then executed it all to perfection and SO seamlessly. Not only was she the best planner ever but over the year her and I and my mom spent on zooms she also became our friend. Having had a destination wedding it is all that much more difficult to coordinate details such as bussing, hotel blocks, welcome boxes, etc. but it truly was no sweat off Camden & SLE team's back - they had everything handled. When our day finally arrived it couldn't have been more perfect and seamless and every vendor (all recommended by Camden & SLE) were complete perfection. We love Camden and all the SLE Team!!
The SLE team is so good at their job it is truly disturbing. They brought best in class vendor recommendations and their professionalism and reputation with these vendors opened up doors for us to be able to really customize the experience. From the beginning we felt heard and supported. The team expertly transformed a dream/vision into a real experience and wherever we had concerns, questions, restraints we were met with solutions and options. The level of detail could only come from expert experience in concert with the highest level of care and passion. It was all of this combined that got us to a point of complete trust, and in turn, we were able to fully let go and experience our day like guests.
can’t recommend Shannon and team enough. incredibly sophisticated, design forward, connected, and detail-oriented. they go the extra mile on their projects and are truly the best in the game. plus, they are phenomenal people! SLE just gets it. 12/10!
