A few weeks ago, I came through for a quick wash and vacuum, and while going through the wash, heard a plastic sounding creak on the passenger side of my car. Due to it being late in the afternoon and having a kid in the car, I did a quick vacuum, noticing the three college-age boys exclaiming over something on the rear passenger side of their very nice, new truck. I didn't inspect the exterior of my vehicle closely before leaving. The next day when I went to get in my car, I noticed a long scratch on the rear passenger side of my vehicle. When I returned to the wash to speak with a manager, I was treated very poorly by a man who refused to identify himself, or identify an owner/manager that I could follow up with. He let me know that since a day had passed since my wash there was NOTHING that could be done. He also pointed out that I had door dings on my 2021 Palisade, and that "I could have gotten that scratch anywhere" since it was just my word and I had no proof. He was incredibly rude and condescending, and shady as hell, especially when I asked for contact information for the owner. When I asked if his staff could possibly try to buff/remove the scratch since they have a Detail shop, he let me know that "they haven't detailed in a long time, and we're only an express car wash", so what did I expect? I mentioned that I'm a repeat customer, who typically visits 1-2x/month. He said "and what do you get, the $13 wash"? I guess business is good enough that those of us who only spend $300 bucks or so a year don't really matter to them when it comes to accountability and customer service. I provided my contact information and was told that someone would follow up with me in five business days. There has been radio silence since. This may just be an express car wash, but I'll be driving just a few more miles to university where I can give my money to someone who isn't running a shady, sub-par business. I would leave a ZERO STAR review, but that's not an option.
The cashier was cussing, yelling and throwing stuff as hard as he could at his desk when the card reader wasn’t working. Insanely off putting. The guy who wiped down the car at the end smeared the bird poop that was on my car still after it got washed across my hood without fixing it, looked at me and looked away and moved on. Shook his head at the car and rushed the tire shine slapping it on the wheels and everything. I will never return. Unprofessional and horrendous treatment of customers.
Angel did a great job on my vehicle! He was very polite and courteous! Definitely will be coming back for a car wash. The gentleman who dried my van very nice.
"Assistant manager" was rude and awful when his wash could not get my car clean. It was that way when I gave them the money and then some. It was tree sap and I said just give me my money back. He said he couldn't do that and would let me run it back thru while admitting that it wouldn't get clean! Said it was my fault. Whatever that means. I have been a customer for many years. I will never go back again.
Such a worst customer service. Their pulley track was down and could not do my car wash. They charged the money and never refunded. The guy was very rude. No wonder nobody goes to this place
