My husband and I visited the store on Saturday to bring in my wedding band that had damaged prongs and missing diamonds, and a necklace that had been broken for some time. Jay, the owner, was so kind and helpful, and also wanted to make sure my engagement band was in good condition and noticed prongs were worn and should be fixed on it as well. Even with a busy store, he took the time to show me some new chains for my necklace and prepare the necklace so I could walk out with it same day. We have always had great experiences with Simmons and all of the staff there any time we come in. We definitely recommend them to anyone shopping not only for jewelry, but for their customer service and jewelry knowledge and maintenance.
By far the best jewelery store I have ever shopped at. They have the best customer service, are upfront and honest about length of time for services (resizing, repair, etc), and are honest with their prices. Jay Simmons and his entire team are always great to work with as they truly care about people and provide superior jewelry to their customers.
My husband purchased my engagement ring at Simmons fine jewelry and I have since added two bands to go with it. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with! I don’t think we will buy find jewelry anywhere else! I fell in love with a band that was disconnected, but Natalie pulled off a miracle- she scoured the country and found it!! I’m so thankful for their professionalism and hard work to make my dreams come true!
I had two very nice diamonds that belonged to my mother. They were in need of a new setting. We shopped several places but Could find nothing we liked. We went to Simmons but found nothing that stood out. Jay suggested he design one for me. He showed me a chevron design with rose and white gold. Since rose is my favorite that was easy. What we ended up with was amazing. I went in last month to get it resized. It came back as lovely as it was those many years ago when it was first made.
My experience with Simmons fine jewelry exceeded all expectations. I have my wedding ring, along with another ring taken from my home several months ago. After searching both online and in stores, I decided to stop at Simmons. I was able to work with J.. He listened to my vision, likes and dislikes and also our budget. He helped me find the perfect setting and it felt right from the moment I put it on. I did have a halo added, since my original ring had a halo. He promised it would be beautiful and definitely made that promise come to life I couldn’t be happier with the final result and I am excited to wear it each day. Everyone I communicated with in the store was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Simmons for any jewelry or repair someone might need. My photographs don’t do it justice. It is very sparkly and everyone who has noticed thinks it is beautiful!
