I just came back from my trip a little over a week ago. I was in Southeast Asia for almost three weeks and I had such a great time there. But, before my trip started, I ran into some problems with an airline at the check-in counter in LAX. The plane ticket I bought from Singh Travel, I only need to transit and not check in again in the country where I only need to transit in while my checked baggage goes all the way to my destination country. Instead, that airline wanted me to get a visa and check in again in the country where I only needed to transit in. And I will also have to wait until the next day at 7:00 pm to catch a plane to my destination. I didn't want to do that so I had to stay in LAX for 24 hours until the next available flight. While I waited in LAX, Singh called and checked up on me that same day. That's when I knew Singh does care and prioritize their clients' needs and ensure they have the best possible travel experience. After finished having that phone conversation with Singh, I felt relieved knowing that he is there to help guide me on my trip. After all the waiting and with that happened, I finally made it to my destination country. With what I had to go through and with Singh calling checking up on me while I was on the other side of the world, I highly recommend Singh Tour & Travel. Thank you so much for taking care of me on my first international travel! Much appreciated! 10/5 stars!!

Great experience with travel, Singh was awesome in every step of the way since the beginning on the choosing of places all around Europe and how long we wanted to be in each city. He even helped me out when I didn't understand some things when I was at my destination, very much appreciated. The only complaint was hotel location in Paris, I felt like it was away from all the tourist spots and a little on the ghetto side. But everywhere else especially in Switzerland was amazing and a awesome location to stay it. Overall a great travel agent I love the peace of mind before and during, highly recommend Singh
