I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Skin Laundry – West Midtown. I came in for the Signature Laser, Rejuvenator Peel, and Fixer, and from start to finish the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely personalized. Shane, the store manager, was wonderful — kind, attentive, and an excellent listener. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the visit! Erin, RN performed my laser treatment and enhancements, and she was truly exceptional. You can immediately tell she knows exactly what she’s doing — highly knowledgeable, precise, and thoughtful in her approach. She didn’t just treat my skin; she helped me build a skincare plan to keep me looking youthful, healthy, and refreshed, which I really appreciated! The space itself is beautiful, clean, and calming, and the whole team makes you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. I left glowing (literally) and confident knowing I’m in great hands. If you’re looking for expert-level laser treatments with a team that actually listens and cares about your skin goals, this is the place to go. I bought the membership, so definitely will be back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Skin Laundry during their soft opening. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made Michael and me feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and confident in the experience. The space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed, and the service was truly exceptional. Every team member we interacted with was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. All of them taking the time to explain the process, answer questions, and ensure we were comfortable throughout our treatments. You can immediately tell this team is passionate about what they do and committed to delivering a high-quality, elevated experience. The treatments themselves were fantastic, and we left feeling refreshed, glowing, and excited to come back. Highly recommend their membership program, as we’re excited to be back soon.
