Exceeded my expectations! Hannah and Dr Al Nakib are fantastic. The whole process is performed in a very professional, but warm and friendly manner. I have been twice now and delighted with the service.
I had a lovely experience for tattoo removal with Hannah. She provided a great service ensuring I knew about aftercare and was very reassuring throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!
I have recently been in for a consultation and treatment with Dr Aldridge for removal of some growths on my nose. The consultation process was very thorough and I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted to. In terms of the treatment, this went well and I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. Hannah, the Lead Nurse and Clinic Manager, was absolutely amazing from start to finish - chatty, friendly, helpful and also really quick to reply to my emails. Would recommend to anyone
A bit useless. I booked a consultation for mole removal as it had been changing rapidly. I cancelled other appointments because Sk:n could fit me in same day. I got a phonecall 1 hour before the appointment to inform me of a "miscommunication" and that they'd have to push me into next week. Not great when you're dealing with a health matter of concern, and when you've cancelled other appointments in favour of this one. I was already on my way to the clinic. Don't advise 👎
If you're looking for a skin clinic that has their processes and communication down to a T, this is the one. I had a mole in my facial hair I needed removed, and the process was really smooth. Special shout-out to Hannah, the lead nurse and clinic manager. Humour and compassion goes a long way with me, and it was brilliant having someone so 'human' guide the whole process. The positivity and cheerleading really helped during the surgery itself. I'm still healing, but have trust it's going in the right direction. Doctor did a great job.
