The young man Alec was very very nice and patient with us. He made suggestions to accommodate us with the space in out living room. He didnt try to hurry us or try to draw us to the most expensive piece in the store like some salemans do... we really liked him.
Andrew was very nice and helpful to answer all our questions and guild us through our purchase. We especially appreciated the attention given to us and other customers as the store was very busy and Andrew made sure everyone was taken care of and made us feel like we were all equally important. We would be happy refer our friends and family to slumberland for all there furniture needs.
We had a great experience today updating our entire living room, and it was largely thanks to Billy F. at the Slumberland Madison East location. From the start, he really listened to what we were hoping for and offered thoughtful suggestions with a great design eye. He made what could have felt overwhelming into something easy and genuinely fun. We ended up with a look that feels exactly right for our space. Highly recommend working with him!
We were in need of a single mattress for an elderly relative that was needed within 1 1/2 weeks. We called Slumberlabd and they told us to stop in ,they had them. So many places want you to order and have them sent to you. We went and looked at what they had and found the perfect one that met our needs. And we got to walk out the door and bring it home. How simple is that. We love Slumberland for the Quality and the help they offer. My Husband and I purchased a Queen Bed from them a few years back and this is the best quality Bed we have ever had. If we travel anywhere else and stay for a few days we are always so Happy to get back to our Wonderfully , Comfortable Bed . One if the Best purchases we ever made! I dont have the new Bed set up yet but will post some photos when I do. THANKS SLUMBERLAND. We will be buying from you whenever we need another Bed, that is for sure!
