Top quality furniture, American made. Manuel let us walk around and didn't follow us as we looked around the store, which I loved. Then when we had questions, he was right there for us. Working with his female manager was also great! Both very friendly and knowledgeable. We placed an order, and the delivery people were awesome and attentive to detail. Delivery was also fast from the ordering time. The ONLY thing that was a drawback is that as we were discussing prices with Manuel and his manager, a third employee sitting at the desk on the computer decided to give his input on tariffs and prices may go up, etc. We are smart people. We did not appreciate the budge into the conversation, nor his comments. Felt like more of a political statement to us, and a push to 'hurry' and make a decision. All in all, a very positive experience, and I would definitely return for other needs.
Customer service was incredible. Chuck and Kari were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. And Juliya did a great job closing the deal. We are looking forward to our new furniture.
Purchase 2 beautiful stain glass lamps. Great selection! The service is excellent. Charles was extremely helpful. He checked a few other locations for a pair.
We have the greatest custom couches, thanks to Jim! He listened to our needs and wants, and guided us toward pieces that would work best for our space. He wasn’t pushy and knew when to step away to let us think about things, but was also nearby in case we had follow up questions. Jim has gone above and beyond from creation to delivery and his service is why I will keep coming back to Steinhafels.
They exceeded our expectations! Vivian went above and beyond helping us to design our living room set. She understood our vision quickly and was ready with suggestions, but never pushy. I feel like we got the expertise of a design expert more than just a salesperson! She even encouraged us to bring fabric swatches across the store to the leather chair we wanted to be sure it matched. It was clear she wanted us to be happy with our decision — I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. We started off just wanting a couch and ended up leaving with an order for our dream living room set! Thanks again Vivian! Update 7/26/25: Furniture came and looks great! The coffee table is our own but chairs, couch, and rug are from Steinhafels.
