I'm unfortunately very late with my review, but I have to say I received the best service here, than I've ever experienced anywhere else. Not only was the gentleman who helped me very kind. He was also professional, honest and generous with his time. He took apart my phone completely and found that it was not brand new, as I, like countless others, were led to believe by the seller. This Smart & Fix gentleman provided both myself and my insurance company an extremely detailed report of his findings, which allowed me to be fully refunded. I was also able to deter others from being duped by this cell phone vendor as well, by providing a scathing review, with both photographic and written evidence that he was selling refurbished phones in their original packaging with apparent Samsung phone seals. Without the due diligence of this gentleman at Smarts & Fix; not only would my insurance not cover this faulty device, but many more people would buy expensive phones from this online swindler thinking they were new, like myself. Thank you Smart & Fix. I wish more companies treated their customers like you do. I hope you get much more well-deserved business.
Quick and very professional. Explained to us what they would be doing to the phone and how much everything would be. Also we called for a quote over the phone and no hesitation and gave us the price options for the screen repair.
My iphone 12 touchscreen stopped working all the sudden. Took it to smarts&fix, they diagnosed and replaced screen which fixed the problem, phone works great. I’m very satisfied with the service they provide in timely manner.
(I will never use anyone else’s) I was recommended to this business to repair my IPhone and iPad. This is a family ran business that has great knowledge about their graft with fair prices. These guys are the best in the business!
Shop is nice and clean, the gentleman who did my repair was efficient and respectful. From the moment I put the phone in his hands it took 22 mins to get the phone repaired. The smudge is from my own fingers, it was perfectly clean before I touched it. Edit: Added 2 pictures they are recent I broke my phone again as I'm in that line of work and brought it in, 20 minutes later same scenario beautiful phone flawless screen works great.
