I have trusted SBF with my tax and accounting work for many years and they have always provided great service. Paul Charest is especially knowledgable whenever we refer clients that have International Tax issues. He has always been great to work with.
We have had Rich Franz do our taxes for the past 10 years; he has done a great job for us. The communication from the firm has always been top notch. He recently got a new position so we were assigned to a new associate who I believe also did a good job. My only negative complaint is the fee we are charged; our fee has gone up about 10% each year even. For retirees this is pretty substantial.
SBF has been doing my taxes for over 30 years. They are always on the cutting edge of accounting software that makes it so much easier for their clients to report their documents. They always do an excellent job!
Great team and SPF I had made a mistake sending my tax info to the wrong email when I realized this Dawn and SPF jumped through hoops to complete my tax returns and file them in a timely manner. I appreciate the white glove service and reactionary time.
This year with SBF has been very frustrating. My late husband and I started with Gordon Spoor over 40 years ago. I feel that the firm has gotten huge and impersonal. I never know who to contact, or who is actually handling my taxes. This year SBF has not yet electronically filed my return, though I was told that it was complete a week ago. I can't pay my first quarterly tax to the IRS until they actually get my return.
