I appreciate St. Pete Tax Service, LLC very much, as it is so comforting and reassuring to know that my taxes are done right and, if I ever need to call them throughout the year, they are there. Nick Valentino is very warm, kind, knowledgeable, communicative and collaborative. He is thorough, patient with any questions you may ask, and takes the time to ensure everything is correct and complete. Like I said, he is very knowledgeable, but if there is ever anything he needs to check with Goran about, Goran is right down the hall and available, and thus I feel I have an awesome team with these two! In addition to their knowledge, I especially appreciate how accessible they are if you need them, for example, right when I got home from having my taxes done and was putting away the paperwork and all my tax documents, I noticed a little supplemental blurb/page of instructions that went with one of my 1099's and it had a certain instruction (which was something about what specific percentage of something you should use to figure out a certain number) on it that I wasn't sure Nick had seen, because that little supplemental instruction page was separated from the 1099 itself, so I immediately called back to St. Pete Tax Service, and Sladjana (who is also super nice and helpful) answered the phone right away, was able to get Nick to the phone, and he listened to my question and assured me that he had indeed seen that little blurb and that all was well (I'm not sure that little instruction even pertained to my taxes, but I would have worried about it, if I hadn't been able to ask Nick). Not only was I able to speak with him and he put my mind at ease, but he was also exceptionally nice about me calling and even said something like "Oh, I know exactly what you are referring to and I'm glad you called, and yes, I saw that and...", and he proceeded to put my mind at ease. I am so grateful about how accessible he, and the whole office, are if you have a quick follow-up question or ever need to get in touch with them. It's such a comfort to know I have them to do my taxes!
I recommend to give them a chance. They're professional and experienced. I filed my tax first time with them and it was my good decision to visit their office. Nick Valentino was my preparer, he's is a magician with good knowledge.Goran Lojpur is a nice guy.
Goran, Sladjana and Nick are the best. Goran has been doing my taxes for a number of years now. Thorough, precise and everything you would want in someone doing your taxes. On top of that they are really nice people. Hard to find in today's world. I highly recommend this business.
Goran fait mes impôts depuis des années, y compris ma LLC et celle de ma mère. Je ne pourrais pas être plus heureux. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5 étoiles, je le ferais ! Après avoir lu toutes leurs critiques élogieuses sur Google, j'ai décidé d'essayer Saint Pete Tax et nous sommes tellement reconnaissants de l'avoir fait. Nous avons eu une année fiscale vraiment chaotique et Goran est absolument le MEILLEUR. Il connaît tous les tenants et aboutissants des petites entreprises, les situations de dépôt régulières, les situations hypothécaires et de location — savoir quoi déduire, ce qui peut être déclaré, et il a même donné des conseils sur la manière dont nous pouvons être mieux organisés à partir de maintenant et mieux préparés pour l'année fiscale en cours. Il a passé chaque ligne avec nous et a tout expliqué. Je comprends en fait mieux les impôts maintenant ! Je n'ai jamais eu un professionnel des impôts qui ait montré autant de soin et d'attention que Goran pour nous. Il nous a trouvé les déductions maximales que nous pouvions réclamer, des choses auxquelles je n'avais même pas pensé. Il était aussi extrêmement professionnel, amical et un plaisir à travailler avec. Quel soulagement maintenant que nos impôts sont faits et que nous pouvons être assurés que nous étions entre de bonnes mains et que tout a été déposé correctement. C'est un établissement remarquable et nous continuerons à faire affaire avec Saint Pete Tax pendant très longtemps. Je les recommande à tout le monde que je connais et j'espère leur succès continu.
