I recently took my dog in for grooming and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Her haircut was noticeably uneven, with several areas that appeared untouched or poorly finished. Her ears had not been cleaned, and one of her nails was clipped too short and has continued to bleed for over two hours, which is extremely concerning. What also stood out to me was the timing. My previous groomer charged the same price but spent about three hours ensuring a thorough and careful grooming. Here, the entire appointment was finished in roughly 40 minutes, which makes it clear that the service was rushed and not performed with the attention my dog needed. When we picked her up, her face was still wet, adding to the impression that the grooming was incomplete. This is not the level of care I expected, and unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable returning. I hope improvements are made for the sake of other pets and their owners.
My wife and I have been taking our Shih Tzu to SpaGo for a while now. The owner Miki does a good job. They are so popular that they're by appointment only, but it's pretty easy to call in and setup appointments. We've also taken our Poodle Pomeranian Mix to SpaGo, but lately we trim his hair ourselves. For our Shih Tzu Hansyn, especially since his hair grows pretty quickly and gets curly as it gets longer, we take him in maybe every six weeks. Miki and SpaGo do a good job!
Miki is skilled, kind, and consistent. She takes great care of my dog, and he always comes out looking wonderful. I recommend her to anyone I know with a pet!
I've been taking my dog here for grooming since 2016 and the service is always amazing! The owner is super friendly and they always do a great job. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy through their website, and they send a friendly text when they're done. Highly recommend this fantastic local dog grooming business!
They did a great job with my Boston. She is pretty, well trimmed, and happy with the results. I would go back again and I think my dog would too.
