I took my wedding ring to Stephen Jones Jewellery workshop one of the pieces had broken as it is a puzzle ring made up of several bands of gold intertwined the reception my wife got when she took it in was very warm and welcoming lovely staff who where helpful and understanding the work they did on the ring was excellent took it all apart and made good the broken piece when I picked it up it was like a brand new ring I could not see the repair site once again the staff were excellent I highly recommend Stephen Jones for the excellent repair and the lovely staff
Purchased a pre owned gents Rolex. Sent it to Rolex for service only to be told that the face and the hands are not actually for the Rolex. Emailed, no reply. WhatsApp and ignored. Called and was hung up on repeatedly. Still have all original receipts as proof of purchase but they don’t seem to be interested as they no longer sell Rolex watches. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Morally not to be trusted.
A fantastic family jewellers staff are superb absolutely delighted with our wedding rings and the service we received. Steve is a lovely guy and a brilliant jeweller has never changed in all the years I've known him usually never bother writing reviews but if you're thinking of using a jewellers in Liverpool look no further be surprised if you find anywhere better Thanks again Ste.
Went into the shop today to get my engagement ring sized down, “George Clooney” was so so helpful. I was so worried about it but he was reassuring and really lovely. Was done within an hour, elsewhere told me 3 weeks minimum!!! Reasonably priced too. Will be going in the future, thank you!!
The staff here are very personable, they are very customer focused. I bought a ring to celebrate a special occasion. Im absolutely thrilled with it. Iv previously had other items of jewellery re sized or altered...in shop experts mean its a quick turn a round and really competitive prices. Highly recommend this jewellers x
