I’ve been really enjoying my training at Strong Pilates Port Melbourne. The mix of strength and Pilates is a great challenge, and I love the added cardio from the bikes and rowers built into the beds, it keeps the workouts fun and different. The instructors are super supportive and knowledgeable, and the studio is clean and has a great vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to increase strength and fitness.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first joined Strong Pilates Port Melbourne around 5 months ago but now I can’t imagine my week without it! From day one, Remm and Dylan made me feel so welcomed. You can tell that they genuinely care and have built something people want to be a part of. The culture they’ve created is huge part of what makes this studio so special. The classes are challenging but addictive. No two classes feel the same which keeps things interesting but the structured training blocks still provide a sense of progression. I’ve been able to build strength, improve endurance and track personal progress from week to week without it feeling repetitive. Each instructor brings their own style and energy but they all share the same supportive down to earth attitude that makes you feel capable and included. They strike the perfect balance between pushing you and keeping it fun. If you’re looking for a workout that actually keeps you coming back (and has you feeling smug post-class), this is it. So if you’re thinking about it, just do it! You’ll thank yourself later
I've been in a bit of a fitness rut and Strong pilates have been super motivating!! The classes blend reformer pilates, with cardio, strength, and even balance. The studio is also super clean and spacious with a creche, stretching area, and ample parking. And afterward I love walking across the road to Brulee Cafe for brunch, or down to P3 Recovery for a sauna or soak~
A random visit on my ClassPass to give the new studio a whirl ended up with me signing up as a regular straight after my first visit :) The studio is cozy and welcoming. The instructors are all lovely and very approachable. I love that I can get a good cardio, weights and low-impact resistance all-in-one workout in 45-minutes. I enjoy every class as they are simply fun! Great people with great music blaring, which at the very least distracts you from the feeling of your muscles crying 🤭 I always finished the class properly out of breath, jelly legs and looking tomato red 🍅 Update 13th August, 2024: 7 months down, 3 challenges in, 150 sessions of sweat — and I’m still enjoying every session! Rocking my green socks today!
