I took my classic Impala there on a Monday. It was a very unpleasant experience. I was told it would take about two weeks. I had to remind them several times what needed done. The first week it just sat there with absolutely no progress. On the second week there was good progress. I was happy, and was told it could be done that week. On the third week they were bringing in other work while my car was just setting there tore apart with very little progress. I had a serious but diplomatic discussion with the boss. I thought we were straight. On the fourth week they were still bringing in other work while mine sat there. They finally managed to paint it, but it needed rework which I had to point out to them. It was finally done on Friday of the fourth week. Or so I thought. Upon inspection I found paint runs, rough paint and many other problems. Apparently they don't check their work. Regretfully I had to deal with them again. They're the most pathetic, incompetent business I have ever dealt with, and didn't even come close to meeting my expectations. If it were possible I would give them a negative rating, but you have to give at least one star inorder to give a review.
Superior Collision is an outstanding body shop with exceptional customer service! Barry and crew replaced my front fender and it looks like new. The paint matches perfectly. Prices are fair and the work is first rate. I highly recommend this shop.
