As a north easterner who only just visits, I never expected to find a clothing destination that I must come to every-time I'm in the area! I love my unique tops I get, cool trucker hats, and the jewelry is awesome! Whomever is the buyer for this boutique obviously has a great eye! 10/10 love this spot!
The clothes are cute and around $50 and $80 per item….common boutique prices. Would I return? No. 1. After you check out, they hand you the receipt and tell you that you cannot return for a refund. Store credit, that’s it. To me, that’s ridiculous. 2. The young lady that helped us was very kind and nice. The owner had some sort of attitude. I’m a mother, not a teenager, but she treated me like I was a teenager. Granted, I didn’t look my best, and I have a feeling that was the reason. Still, not appropriate. 3. The clothes are cute, but I’m not sure they’re worth the cost. I gave it three stars, because the young lady that helped us was very nice. It’s unfortunate that they do not take returns. How could you not take back an item if the tag is still on it and give people their money back? The world is too competitive and online shopping is too easy, returns are common. I’m not sure why they have such a strict policy. So, I take my business elsewhere.
This isn’t my first time at this boutique, but my first time feeling extremely uncomfortable shopping here. I usually have a great experience with the employees — they’ve been kind and welcoming and helpful. Today when I walked in, the girl who was there greeted everyone else who walked in, had conversation with them, and asked them if there was anything she could help them find. I was walking around for a few minutes trying to find gifts for a friend of mine, and had some questions about the jewelry, but she didn’t seem attentive or interested in helping. In no way was she rude, but you can just tell when someone doesn’t want to help you. That was the feeling I got from her. She was helping other customers, but I felt maybe because I was of a different demographic and didn’t look like your typical shopper there, I was looked over. I came to this boutique a few days prior and bought some things with a different young lady; she was extremely sweet and kind. I like the store — I can always find unique and beautiful things especially when I’m looking to get gifts for other people. Today just made me extremely uncomfortable and aware that not everyone is as welcoming.
I had a great first experience at Swagger Boutique today. The woman working (who I assume may have been the owner) was warm, friendly, and helped me find a gift for my friend's birthday. She even offered to wrap it for free. I will definitely be returning :)
Love Love This Boutique happen to stumble upon it actually. Me one of my girls was just out and saw it and decided to go inside and boy am I glad we did . They have an array of things and I think that’s what I liked most, but It’s such a cute spot. My friend bought a beautiful pair of earrings I would definitely come back they have really cute gift ideas I just truly enjoyed this place .
