Lunch specials are $14 at the Point Loma location. I was able to add a 2nd item to the lunch special at an extra charge. Employees were friendly and the food was delish. Ordered the pashawari chicken and saag paneer. Both were great!
We ate at their Oceanside location. It was nice to be away from the touristy area yet close enough to walk from the beach. The food was good. We ordered four dishes as they did not have their lunch special on weekends. We ordered the chicken and fish masala along with the cauliflower and potatoes.
The first time I found this place I was at HarborFreight and I smelled Indian food. I did some hunting and found this place. Food has always been pretty decent, I’ve never been very disappointed – prices seem a little bit high for a takeout place like this, but I recently discovered their “street food“ last night I ordered their Samosa chaat. It was pretty good and had a nice quantity of food – I actually had leftovers! I will definitely return again.
Lovely restaurant in the heart of Delmar beach. Authentic Punjabi cuisine. Reasonable portion sizes and plenty of vegetarian options. Chef went out of his way to make a particular dish Jain style. Highly recommend!
It was not a great experience ordering food from Tandoori Guys! The chicken curry was oily and tasted ok. Nan Roti (Bread) was ok as well. But, I will definitely not recommend their Chicken Biriyani! It tasted very bad and chicken pieces weren’t fresh at all. It was just plain rice unevenly mixed with raw masala! Disappointed for the price they charge! 👎🏼
