He always greets you with a smile , shows genuine care and concern about your property. Each issue you have is addresses and he finds a solution. He is the best technician I have in my long term relationship with Terminex. Bobby has the ability to relate to clients as if they are the only customer on his route. He is always on time , keeps you posted as to the time of arrival. I appreciate the fact that he always wears foot booties while entering the home without being asked to. Five stars for Bobby Brand !

Ruben is both professional and personable. He does a thorough inspection every time he comes out and always lets me know if he has found any pests. The extermination services he provides clear my lot of any bugs and it generally remains that way. On this last visit, he even called my attention to a leak in my pool equipment. Kudos on the good service!

Daniel was awesome! He was very thorough. Checked around the house both inside and out. He took care of the termite mud tube. Explained how the gel insecticide worked to kill the termites and hopefully the queen. What to look for in the coming weeks/months and what to keep an eye out for if I need to have him come back. He was on time, professional and friendly. Overall and exceptional experience!
