My home flooded the day before Thanksgiving and I am so grateful for all the services provided by Texas General Contractors. Texas General Contractors has been incredible in responding to the issue, maintaining clear lines of communication and working with me and my schedule. Edgar and his team came in immediately to help with the flood mitigation and continued to check in during the holiday period on the status of the home drying out to make it livable again and ready for the next steps. Quan worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure that all the damage was noted and helped me understand the process. Finally, Kevin was my remodel project manager and he and his team truly went above and beyond - helping me be back in my home prior to Christmas and continuing to address issues that popped up along the way. No one ever wants to deal with unexpected housing damage - working with Texas General Contractors has alleviated the stress and discomfort that comes with this process. If I ever have future damage (fingers crossed that this isn't the case), I will definitely be reaching out to them.
I can not give enough praise to TGC and how well they have always taken care of us. Believe it or not, this is the second time this year that we have sustained water damage in our home. Though the thought of having to go through mitigation, rebuild and reconstruction again was daunting, TGC helped make the process smooth and practically seamless. They uphold the highest level of professionalism, execution of work and genuinely care about their clients. We had a huge sense of relief and confidence in knowing that we would be working with such a reputable team. We felt completely taken care working with Edgar Erwin in mitigation and our project manager Kevin Cacchiotti. We were thoroughly satisfied with the way in which everything was handled at our home and will continue to highly recommend TGC to everyone we know!
Working with Alex and his team was such a great decision. I had no idea how hard insurance can make it to get them to pay for things, Texas General Contractors stepped in and advocated for us. I heard our agent say to them that they never see contractors be so thorough and it really helped them be able to give us the maximum payment/ coverage for our repairs. Super fast workers who think of the details and clean up like they were never there when they’re done. Our home is fixed and looks great!
Our Project Manager, Austin Villarreal was amazing and if this survey was strictly for the overall management of our renovation, it would be 5 stars. The cabinet builders and flooring team did awesome work. We had issues with the detail work of the cabinet painters, counter work and wall work and Austin was always right on top of it, and got the issues resolved as quickly as possible. We worked definitely use TGC again and recommend them to friends and family.
Texas General Contractors just finished work on our home in the Woodlands, Texas. We had extensive water damage on our wood floors due to a toilet overflowing. Once the floors were dry, TCG repaired baseboards, quarter round, kick-boards in our kitchen painted the walls and replaced padding under some of the carpet and restreched the carpet . TGC was timely and did a great job. I highly recommended them and would use them again.
