I am so grateful! Called Jessica in tears about our toilet. Eric and Matthew came out to inspect the issue. Eric is very knowledgeable....we thought we had to buy a new toilet ..upwards of $400....Eric figured out it was on recall then looked through our paperwork on our RV and found we had a warranty as well! Talk about a Blessing on saving money! Thank you! Also, I just want you to know that Matthew is the most well mannered young man. Eric did an incredible job on my RV. What impressed me most was his attitude and professionalism. He was patient, detailed, and resilient in figuring out every little issue with the leveling system until it was working perfectly.
