Honest: They stuck with the quote they gave me for 4 guys for 4 hours even when they had an 5th guy for at least an hour and the time went over about 1/2 hour! Professional: each mover introduced themselves and shook my hand. Tetris genius: my son was at old house and called me at new house saying the truck was full and the Dudes would leave soon. He would have to call back and tell me they manged to fit another pile into the truck. This happened a couple times! es Respect: The Dudes treated my houses and possessions with care. Nothing broken or scratched. Patient: I might not have had everything labeled with what room the box was supposed to go, but they took the time to check with me when my labeling failed to be clear. Sweet: I had a few frig statues around the yard that I didn't pack, but the first time going out my new house backdoor, there they were!! Love these dudes! This was my 7th house move and it was the best!
The Dudes did a great job with our company move! Zarin was very patient and accommodating when we had to push the move back multiple times due to construction delays. The three gentlemen that showed up to our move were professional and worked great with our team. We were happy they had the tools to move the big & heavy stuff. Very glad to have used The Dudes!
Uhm… these guys ROCK. They go above and beyond and are true pro’s. We needed their help with moving some big heavy appliances wi the short notice and they showed up early and got the work done quick. We’ll be using them again for our full move soon. I want to note that years ago I used a different moving company who treated my belongings poorly and broke something important to me, the. after directing me to a customer service line I never got a resolution and had an experience I hoped to never repeat. Two Dudes was completely different… they treated my belongings as if it were their own and they have a more than fair protection policy for their customers. I absolutely recommend them. In my opinion, they are one of the top moving company’s in Kansas City (if not the top).
Great communication, awesome web tool to add in inventory and get a precision quote, and the right number of crew. Move happened fast and the team stayed on it the whole time! This was the best moving company experience I’ve had. Thanks Dudes!
Loved our experience with the Dudes! They were so fast, efficient and friendly! We had decided to move our boxes over to the new house ourselves and kept the big stuff for the truck. They were so grateful that we had everything in the garage ready to go except our fridge. Then they helped us move our boxes at the new place to the appropriate rooms. Originally quoted us 6 hours but we were all said and done in under 3, wahoo! Thank you so so much for a super easy and enjoyable process!
