This was my first time ever getting stitches removed (and my first time having stitches at all 😅), and the entire experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free. I was taken back immediately with no wait time, which I really appreciated. The front desk receptionist was so sweet and friendly right from the start and made me feel welcomed. Johnny was my RN and he was absolutely amazing — kind, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Chin was also wonderful and explained everything clearly, which helped ease my nerves. They truly made the whole process easy and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I need care. Highly recommend! 🫶
This was truly the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility. There was no wait, the staff was extremely friendly, and they had all the equipment needed for a thorough examination. If I ever need urgent care again, they will be my first choice.
Great experience at the emergency clinic. They got me in early Saturday morning with no wait to have my 2 year old checked out. The staff, nurses, and doctor were all incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Thanks for taking care of us!
I had an excellent experience @ this clinic. Dr Kang and Michelle the RN were professional, communicative and kind. The wait time was minimal and the treatment on point. I also received a follow up call from another doctor. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely choose this urgent care center in the future!
Last December 20th, I got to San Antonio excited to explore the area with my two kids, as it was my first trip as a single mom. I felt lucky to be able to spend some quality time with my babies. However, our luck changed when the following day my daughter started to feel sick. The Emergency Clinic at the Pearl was close by and I took her there. The young woman at the front was very welcoming and nice, but the bedside manners of the physician on duty, Dr. Coffey, exceeded my expectations. Not only he was caring and knowledgeable, but he made sure my daughter felt comfortable at all times. I absolutely love the way he talked to us and made his explanations easy to understand. Dr. Coffey is not only a nice man but an excellent doctor. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good physician.
