Had a great time with "The Depths" escape game. More intricate than some other places we've been. Definitely fun and worth the time. Did this for a birthday event.

We had so much fun. It was mines and my kids first time and we did Alcatraz. Which is the hardest. We did complete with a minute left. Aiden was super super helpful!!! We will be coming back to do all the other escape rooms

We randomly came across this escape room while visiting Pier 39 with the kids, and it turned out to be a great experience. Getting into a room was easy, and the staff was welcoming and helpful from the start. We ended up sharing the room with another family, which actually made the experience more fun. Everyone worked well together, and it created a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that the kids really enjoyed. The puzzles were engaging without being overwhelming, making it a good fit for families. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout the experience, which made everything run smoothly. Overall, it was a lot of fun, and we would definitely consider doing it again.

Attended a team building event here trying to escape Alcatraz. The escape required communication between the 2 cells making quite fun to figure out. We had to use the clue button 3 times. I felt the clues were well thought out by not making it obvious and still having to think a little. I did get lucky and guess one of the combination locks. That was total luck, and we still solved the rest of the puzzles in the room. You get a 40% discount after doing an escape. A great deal to get passes for a family event. I will definitely try this place again! The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and kept up.

We had a great time at this escape room! The location at Fisherman’s Wharf is super convenient and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The games themselves were fun, engaging, and kept us on our toes without being frustrating. A perfect activity if you’re in San Francisco and looking for something different to do with friends or family. Highly recommend!
