I love The Joint! Walk in chiropractor care has been a game changer for me! Not having to make an appointment has greatly reduced my stress- I can go when I want and need to go in. Further, I don’t have to find a new chiropractor when I travel as there is typically a Joint wherever I’m going : )
I went to The Joint in Ladue, Mo. I am 77 year old and female. The receptionist didn’t give me a choice as to which plan I needed instead she said you need the $159 plan. I went to my sessions and on the fourth time Dr Adam bruised my upper right rib. I went to my family physician and he proceeded to run tests which confirmed that my rib was bruised. Following that I had two more adjustments only for my neck. I had signed the cancellation paper prior to the last two sessions. Today September 29, 2025 I was charged an additional $79. I would not recommend this location to anyone. 😡.
The joint chiropractor team was great. Today was my first initial visit due to some pretty bad back and hip pain. Michelle, the receptionist, was the first face viewed and was extremely friendly and helpful. I came about an hour and a half before my scheduled welcome visit time and asked if there was any way I could be moved up and they had no problem assisting with that. Dr. Brandon was helpful and thorough with his exam and adjustment. 10/10 recommend.
My first experience with them today, and it was great! From the receptionist to the chiropractor; everyone was knowledgeable, thorough, and made the process seamless being a walk in new client. I loved that the receptionist greeted incoming and outgoing patients by their name. It really made me feel that they truly care. My appointment was quick and well worth it with a thorough exam and consult. I can’t wait to come back and feel even better!
Dr. Adam took care of me when I came in this afternoon. This was my first time being treated by Dr Adam and he was very thorough. He made me feel very comfortable during my adjustment and listened to me talk about what my body was dealing with. He encouraged me to keep moving and gave me the motivation I needed. I appreciate the entire staff always being so friendly and helpful!
