I have been to several respected offices around STL, looking for a health partner to address one-off issues, but more so to create a wellness plan for the long-term. Dr Vidan is very thoughtful and clear in his approach. Less is more in my opinion when it comes to a office "presenting" their offering (sales). No sales here. Simply listen to the client and work with them. Very organized office and team. I would recommend them all day long to anyone on the hunt!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Grabowski and Dr. Vidan for three years. I first came to them after my second pregnancy which left me with back and neck pain. They were great in creating a treatment plan that eased my discomfort and allowed me to get back to work quickly and without pain. We welcomed our third child this year and in addition to helping me with post-partum back and neck pain, they were able to treat my infant’s colic. My son started having crying spells of 2-3 hours or more around 4 weeks of age. He became fussy during the day and inconsolable in the evenings. We tried everything from gas drops to new formulas to tummy massage and nothing helped. While I was in getting my adjustment, Dr. G offered to adjust my son. His relief was immediate. She applied a very minimal amount of pressure to his back and neck. My son hardly fussed and actually seemed to enjoy the adjustment. We couldn’t believe the results. He had no crying spells for two days after his first adjustment! When he started to show signs of irritability again another adjustment did the trick. Within two weeks his crying was reduced by at least 75% and he was much calmer and happier during the day. Additionally, he went from sleeping at most 2-3 hours at night to sleeping 5-6 hour stretches by the end of the first two weeks. He still has crying spells occasionally but they are minimal and manageable. We are so thankful for Dr. Vidan and Dr. G. I highly recommend them for anyone experiencing back or neck discomfort but I especially recommend them for anyone with a colicky infant. The results were life-changing for our family.
Another chiropractor referred me to the Vidan clinic to treat my TMJ. It was so bad I couldn’t open my mouth to eat. Dr. Vidan & Grabowski are excellent! They are kind, direct, answered all of my questions, & outlined a treatment plan. The treatment was intense- daily at first. Within days I was experiencing positive results. They gave me all the tools, equipment, & exercises needed to combat my TMJ. They always explain the how & why behind their actions. By the end of my treatment plan, I am eating solid food again! I’m able to move my jaw left to right, & open my mouth wider. The pain is almost completely gone. I continue to see the docs for maintenance therapy while still experiencing improvements. I highly recommend this practice. The docs are top notch.? Their staff, especially Cheri, is very helpful and accommodating.
The team at Vidan is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable but most importantly, they are effective! Before I started working with Vidan, I was in pain constantly. I couldn’t even make it through the grocery store on a weekly basis. My friends planned a trip to Universal and Disney, and I needed help making sure I could physically make it. Their thorough consultation process identified my problem areas and the team put a unique treatment plan together for me. Over time I felt less and less pain and my body was able to heal. Because of Vidan, I was able to walk comfortable all day AND I was able to ride all the roller coaster I wanted. I didn’t have to hold back or worry about pain once. I will always be grateful to the team for helping me reach my goals and allowing me to live my life pain free!
