I’m truly grateful to have found Melanie and to have started practicing Kundalini yoga with her. The sessions are amazing, and the space has such a beautiful, calming energy. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and grow. Highly recommend!
My experience with Melanie and the people in this space have been life changing. I’ve found friendship, community, and profound experiences. Melanie is not only a wise and brilliant teacher, but the space she holds and community she fosters are just as potent. I enjoy the support of the women in the women’s circle, the friendships made in the regular classes, and exposure to new beautiful spots in nature through the retreats and day trips. I’m now looking forward to the teacher training to learn, grow, and give back to my community. There really is something for everyone here.
Excellent environment and setting for profound work on both physical and spiritual levels. The place is a hidden gem in Las Vegas - the instructors are attentive and well versed in their practice - stop in and be amazed on your journey and transformation- first timers are greeted and welcomed with open arms - Sat Nam !!
