Cute place! I appreciate how late it’s open, and the food and drinks are delicious! I got a fudge brownie and a chai latte and both were very good. The chai hit the spot with the winter weather and the brownie was perfectly chocolatey. The vibes inside were chill and the worker was very friendly.
Delicious and greatly priced coffee and pastries. The tarts are to die for. Cake and other specialties for events are also highly recommended. The actual space is on the sub-basement floor. It is a very relaxing space with quite the Alice in Wonderland decor. You can read, work off a laptop or chat with friends here very easily on couches, normal tables or a high top. They also have board games if that is your style and a great selection of a variety of merchandise from shirts to phone chargers. A must visit for locals and visitors alike in the Haymarket District.
The Rabbit Hole Bakery has consistently given me great results each time I’ve asked them to an order for my child’s birthday. I was absolutely thrilled by the cake they made for me recently for a 3rd birthday just wanted to say thank you so much. The cake was beautiful and packaged well in order to hold its shape as well as decorations. My guests mentioned the cake tasted just as GOOD as it looked! The staff was accommodating and responded quickly to my last minute inquires and I have had a great consistent experience with them. Thank you so much for all that you do ! - Rose A
Based on how many good reviews this place had, my experience was surprisingly underwhelming. The avocado brownie tasted just alright, but the slice was a little small for being almost $5. The Alice coffee I ordered was so bad I had to toss my entire 16 oz cup after drinking a few sips of it. It tasted like weak microwaved coffee with a splash of cake batter syrup. I loved the vibe of this place, but was left extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the food and drink I had. 🫠
Love love love this place! It’s one of my favorite bakeries. My friends got me a cake shaped as a book for my birthday and it was so beautiful I didn’t want to eat it, but when I finally did it was amazing. I’m also in love with their black and white tarts. 10/10 recommend
