Worst haircut and color job ever!!!!! It has been over a month since my visit and I have thought long and hard before leaving a poor review, which is something I never do. I recommend you do NOT use the spa to get your haircut. As a guest of a long time member and a new club member, I decided to use the spa for a haircut and color and I let the lady know I do not want my hair to be shagged at all because it is very curly and do not use any dark toners in my hair or all the blondes will go away because my hair picks up color. She did both and it has cost me a lot because I’ve had to have my hair cut to get rid of whatever crazy shag cut she did and it has had to be re-colored right away. The color was so bad they did not charge me and credited me the $400 for color, but the cut was as equally poor. I would much rather have paid for a wonderful color and cut versus waste my time and receive some credit, and for my hair to be left a wreck. There was not a manager who spoke to me, wrote me a letter or even indicated a sorry, The people who have worked at the hair part of the spa have been here a long time they do not know how to do balayage or good coloring, I’m not even sure they know how to do a good cut for curly hair. Go to another spa where they have people who are up-to-date on the latest techniques versus waste your money here!
✨ The Best Massage of My Life ✨ From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles that set the tone for what turned out to be the ultimate relaxation experience. First stop: the spa amenities. I was shown to the lockers, pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room—then handed a plush robe and spa slippers. I settled into a serene waiting room with a waterfall feature that instantly made me feel calm. Now for the massage itself: pure heaven. Gabi applied the perfect amount of pressure, checked in just enough, and even let me drift off into the most blissful little nap. And unlike most places that give you only 45–50 minutes, this was a full hour. Yes—sixty glorious minutes of massage. When it was over, I was given a chilled bottle of water and went on to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and even dipped my feet in the pool. They’ve thought of everything—even a machine to dry your swimsuit so you don’t have to tote home a soggy one. Throughout the spa, you’ll find flavored water, hot tea, coffee, and bottled water at your fingertips. 💆♀️ Next time, I’ll plan to linger longer and enjoy lunch too. Is it more expensive than a basic massage elsewhere? Sure. But nowhere else offers this level of service, care, and indulgent extras. Worth every penny. 👉 If you’re ready for the ultimate relaxation experience, this is absolutely the place to go
One of my favorite places! The staff is amazing, the amenities are so relaxing, the food delicious and the most recent facial I got from Merri Beth was one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend 🙌 10/10 🥰
This spa is fantastic! From start to finish - the staff are there for you and make sure that you are well cared for throughout the day. We look forward to returning in the future 😃
My oasis. I spend the entire day and spend an entire paycheck but I always leave on a cloud. The staff are great, food is ah-mazing, and the vibe is good. I’d like some music out by the pool, the inside decor is a little dated but I’m nit picking and the place is fabulous anyway. ❤️
