Fantastic experience, and really kind service! Thank you so much. Loving my eyebrows , and I am so glad my Seattle friend recommended this spot. Also, this is random, but I appreciate that you don’t serve beverages to the customers in single use plastic! I love that you offer cans of bubbly, water, and real glasses of water! Makes my Sustainable heart sing.
I was very nervous for my first ever wax, but Stephanie made me feel so comfortable and made the experience way surpass my expectations. The lobby is a little overwhelming as it seems like a boutique shop as well, but the treatment room is cozy and relaxing. I went for happy hour (how fun is this) so it was a pretty good deal. Following the wax, she was so helpful in giving me information for care instructions and answering all of my questions. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re new to waxing.
I’ve visited multiple Wax Bar locations over the years, and every specialist I’ve seen has been fantastic! I want to give a special shoutout to Lola at the Ballard location. I’ve followed her from Laurelhurst to Ballard, and I’d follow her anywhere. As a plus-size woman, I can confidently say that Lola is the best person to see—she creates a safe, comfortable, and fun experience while easing any uncertainties you may have. I can’t recommend her enough!
Erin is great, prices are totally reasonable. Clean and pretty inside, always something cute to buy. The only thing I don't like is the scheduling on the app, it's a very outdated platform, I wasn't sure my appt was booked until I got the confirmation email.
Erin is fantastic! She makes you feel at ease and you hardly even feel the hair being waxed. The Wax Bar Ballard always has a good vibe when you walk in and the treatment rooms are relaxing. They also have a cute boutique in the front for gifts for a friend or yourself!
