The Wine Cellar à Kitchener propose des services de vinification, d'exploitation agricole, de fabrication, d'alimentation et d'embouteillage au 300 Gage Ave #5. Marie dirige une équipe compétente et chaleureuse, saluée pour ses conseils avisés. L'expérience d'embouteillage comprend un plateau de fromages et de crackers, et les visiteurs décrivent à plusieurs reprises le vin comme excellent. Des clients fidèles viennent de villes voisines, notamment Cambridge, London et Waterloo, pour embouteiller en toute confiance.

Every wine we’ve made at the wine cellar has been stellar in promise ,taste and experience. I moved from London Ontario to Waterloo 10 years ago, searched that long, and tried many vintners in this county , until I found Marie at the Wine Cellar, finally my bottles and I are home with such a knowledgeable and trustworthy young lady!

Marie makes this such a fun experience! I am already reordering. Everything was painless during this process, and Marie helped us along the way. From keeping me informed, to the cheese and snack spread she puts out while you bottle; everything was beyond exciting and fun! The wine itself is amazing. Did three different flavours, and all three were a win! Strawberry, peach, and strawberry mango. Marie is an expert, and helped me create a wine to replace one I have been searching for after it was discontinued (😭), the replacement is the closest thing to what I was searching for! 10/10 would recommend to a friend !!
I have been bottling my wine at the Wine Cellar for over 20 years and even though I relocated to another city last year, I continue to bottle with Marie. The 2 hour road trip is so worth the time. Every batch is perfect and the experience itself is worth the drive. Marie is truly a master winemaker who has such a passion for her craft and shares her knowledge by offering suggestions based on my taste and budget. Over the years I have received so many compliments on my wine, and friends are always surprised when I tell them how inexpensive it is to bottle good quality wine. A lot of things have changed in 2020, but good wine with the “ Vintner Extraordinaire” will never be anything less than perfect! Cheers to the Wine Cellar staff who have managed to survive the pandemic and continue to serve their loyal customers in a professional and safe environment.
J'ai fait du vin avec Marie depuis plus d'un an maintenant et chaque expérience a été excellente. Marie est sympathique, compétente et très serviable. Le fromage et les crackers pendant la mise en bouteille, c'est une belle touche ! J'habite maintenant à Cambridge, ce qui représente environ trente minutes de route pour atteindre sa boutique, selon le trafic redouté, mais j'y vais quand même parce qu'elle est géniale. Merci Marie !
