Situé au 3651 E Baseline Rd Suite E223 à Gilbert, The Zen Den of Gilbert offre un espace magnifique et paisible pour le yoga, le bien-être et les événements communautaires. Le propriétaire, Darien, est réputé attentif. Le studio a accueilli des séances de guérison par le son et du Yin Yoga, avec des tapis de yoga, des coussins de soutien et des couvertures fournis. Des événements communautaires comme le Cercle des femmes et les Retraites de déesses nourrissent des liens chaleureux et inspirants, autour du thé et des chocolats.

I attended the Sunday morning Yin Yoga class this past weekend, and absolutely loved it! It was a very well organized class. Darien is an amazing yoga teacher. I left feeling very grateful, zenned-out, relaxed and well-stretched.
I have nothing bad to say about any of my experiences at the Zen Den of Gilbert. From weekend Goddess Retreats, to mini one day retreats to the self care social. I always walk out of there with amazing new friends, lifted spirits as well as clarity and validation that I AM the creator of my day and so much more. I love the spaces created within the Zen Den. and I will always go back.
As both a practitioner and receiver in this space, I appreciate the diversity and offerings as well as the events in community that Darien has built here. Zen Den is a staple in the Gilbert area and can't wait to see what else gets cultivated here. Grateful to be a part of the community!
The Zen Den is a beautiful and peaceful space! I loved the setup, and it was a welcoming environment. I hosted a sound healing session there, and the yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets were included, which were wonderful! It made for the perfect relaxing evening! Darien, the owner, is nice and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to make the event perfect. 10/10 recommend!
I attended a Women’s Circle this week hosted by Darien, and it was such a beautiful and welcoming experience. The space itself is so inviting, with a cozy selection of tea and coffee to enjoy. For this event, Darien even provided chocolates, adding a special touch to the evening. The atmosphere was warm, supportive, and perfect for deep connection and reflection. I left feeling uplifted and grateful for the experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nurturing and heart-centered gathering!
