We hosted a holiday dinner and the space was perfect. James was very responsive throughout the entire process. There was ample parking as well.
This was by far the best venue I’ve been too in quite some time… we had our youngest baby shower there. Ty was absolutely the best human around … she was there with anything needed or if I had a question she was there… we had a farm themed event that went perfect inside this beautiful brick building. Kitchen perfect , bathroom clean and perfect. I would recommend this venue hands down a million times!!! Thank you Ty for the best service… building experience ever!!!
The LabRVA event center exceeded my expectations! I reached out to James to inquire about booking the space for my daughter’s sweet 16 & after the first phone call, I had a tour scheduled the same day, and was ready to book shortly after. James was super accommodating, responsive, professional and kind. This event space is beautiful, was clean upon arrival and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely book again in the future.
My family had my niece's Sweet 16 this past weekend here. The space itself was a perfect size and did what it was supposed to do. It had a kitchen with a fridge and freezer, sink and microwave. The bathroom was clean and the equipment was functional. I would book this space in the future!
James and the staff were very helpful and informative. The venue was easy to find and the space was perfect for our event. They were very easy to work with. We would definitely use them again
