The service and support I’ve been given over the last few weeks has been exceptional. All the girls are friendly, informative and so accommodating. I’m grateful to have been steered over by a trusted friend and now I’m extremely comfortable leaving myself in the hands of the staff at Thrive. Special shout out to Sydney for going out of her way to make sure I’ve been taken care of each time - top tier, personalized, attentive, customer service excellence is hard to find, I appreciate finding it here.
This is my go-to IV spot. The facility is always spotless, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and appointments run so efficiently. I’m never waiting around, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and quick experience!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience at this location was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. While the receptionists and nurses were very kind, the overall environment felt uncomfortable due to the way management operates. The manager, Antasia, carries herself in a way that made me feel unwelcome, and her behavior toward me came across as colorist and dismissive. What’s even more troubling is the clear lack of African American employees across their locations. As a customer, it’s noticeable and raises real concerns about representation, hiring practices, and whether Black staff feel supported or even considered here. It sends a message that does not feel inclusive or pro-Black at all. On top of that, the facility itself was not clean—there were dried blood spots on chairs, including in the private room I specifically requested. For a medical-style service, that is completely unacceptable. It’s unfortunate because the frontline staff are genuinely kind, but the management and the overall atmosphere make it hard to trust or feel comfortable returning. The future of this place is very concerning if leadership does not change.
Thrive is absolutely amazing and Alaina made the experience evermore wonderful. I have a big big fear of needles and her poke was perfection. From the welcoming front desk and snacks to the talented nurses all around cannot recommend this place enough for any wellness needs!!
I really liked this place i highly recommend this place . Iman was very nice she explained to me the Boosters also the membership. Place was very clean love the environment thank you much
