Great first visit to Thriyv! Tried red light therapy and whole body cryotherapy and loved both. Super friendly staff and everything was explained clearly. Left feeling refreshed and energised — will definitely be back.
I booked the lymphatic drainage massage and red light therapy session through Class Pass. I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve never had any treatments like this before, but the venue was so relaxing and I instantly felt at ease. I was given a tour of the venue, even the rooms I wasn’t using that day - which I thought was a nice touch. Callum and Alicia made me feel so welcome. All treatments were explained and all of my questions were answered in depth. They even helped me with treatment recommendations for my mum who suffers with back issues. The treatments were so high quality and I’ve left with glowing skin and feeling amazing. Can’t wait to go back already!
I had a wonderful lymphatic drainage treatment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility was spotless and had such a calming, professional atmosphere. Sadie was absolutely fab. Even got a little tour of the place and they explained everything they offer, which made me even more excited to come back. I genuinely can’t wait to try more of their treatments and I’ve already booked myself in again. Highly recommend! :)
Had an absolutely 5-star recovery experience at Thriyv Manchester. Our small group came in after a tough week of training, and Simon and Alicia took incredible care of us from the moment we arrived. We booked a session that included the Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy Bed, and the Cryo Chamber, and by the end we all felt fresh, rejuvenated, and completely reset. The facility is spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment for proper recovery. Simon and Alicia were both exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we got the most out of each treatment. Couldn’t recommend Thriyv Manchester more – it’s easily become our go-to spot for high-quality recovery. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Today I visited Thriyv for an EMS muscle toning session, and the whole experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel comfortable straight away. The treatment itself was great — professional, effective, and clearly explained so I knew exactly what to expect. I left feeling really positive and well looked after. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it!
