Michelle did wonderful for my first time here she was so sweet and friendly and my nails came out perfect! Top nails is my new go to place!!!
Having previously been to many other nail salons I have found that this place has the most welcoming and inviting staff with a wide variety of colors and services available from waxing to facials to full acrylic sets! I would 100% say anyone looking for a new nail salon would be smart to give this lovely establishment a good look! 😊😁
So nice!!! Came in to treat myself for my birthday and they took great care of me. Gave Michelle an inspiration photo and she nailed it! Great experience
Literally the BEST nails I’ve ever gotten in my life 💅 took myself and my bridesmaids in for a set the day before my wedding and we were all stunned by the amount of attention and detail the artists put into our nails! For my nails (the ombré double french w/ the ring 💍), the nail tech would hold up my nails when he was finished with the french and redo any line he found to be unworthy of my wedding nails! The result was the most perfect double french I’ve ever seen! I will never go anywhere else for my nails
terrible nail salon. my artist rushed when the salon was empty, and now i can see why it was empty to begin with. a manicure that usually costs me ~$70 cost me $120. short, almond, pink polish and chrome powder is my go to, yet they still couldn’t get it right. i know what color i like, and what i don’t. they tried to do my manicure “their way” even though im the one who paid for it. that absolutely baffles me! not only did they try to decide what works best for me— straight up, the manicure is absolutely trash. the shaping of acrylic was inconsistent, SO THICK AND CHUNKY, rushed, and full of bubbles/lint in the polish on each nail. i genuinely regret visiting this salon. the only reason my toes look good is because they were filled from the work of my go-to salon. i’d literally rather drive 45 minutes to my go-to salon than to give this salon my business ever again. as for the customer service skills, wish i could give them a negative 10. so rude, rushing yet making several errors. just a terrible salon all around. absolutely never again! $200 total is complete bs. never EVER AGAIN! do better…. stop rushing! 😂😂
