We have been taking our cat here for years. They are amazing and have saved his life on a few occasions. They are honest in their suggested treatments and we appreciate it. This is a pic of him getting his laser treatment to treat his chronic pain!
I have had the best experience with them. My cat had an upper respiratory infection and he was sneezing all the time with lots of mucus and some blood in it. Another vet told us that there is a chance we would have to put him down. I got him to Toronto Central Animal Clinic and the medicine they gave him , made him better within a week. And we have not suffered with any issues since. The doctors are very gentle with the pets and explain things nicely.
I have been bringing my dog Ellie here for grooming with Carly for years. I drive all the way from Brampton but the service and attention we receive is well worth the drive. Ellie suffers from severe anxiety, but Carly is phenomenal and very patient with her. She takes her time and has built a strong rapport with Ellie. If you’re looking for a professional and skilled groomer who is kind and compassionate, then I would highly recommend Carly. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I brought my cat Haku to this clinic due to a very serious dental issue, and from the very first day I knew we were in the best hands. The care we received was truly exceptional — warm, respectful, and full of genuine kindness. The veterinary team is not only highly professional, but deeply human. They supported us before, during, and after the surgery with incredible patience, explaining every detail — the good and the difficult — and always checking in with us before making any medical decision. At no point did we feel alone in the process. They treated Haku with so much love and attention that it still moves me to think about it. I arrived feeling desperate, scared, and full of doubts, and instead I found people who put their hearts into what they do — people who genuinely prioritize the health and well-being of animals above anything else. People who welcome you kindly, who listen, who care, and who treat you with respect. Their ethics, dedication, and humanity deserve to be recognized. Their prices are also more reasonable compared to other places, but above all, what truly stands out is their vocation and integrity. I want to thank every single member of the team from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for loving animals the way you do. Thank you for your patience, your professionalism, and your respectful care. Our first visit was to deal with fleas. The attention and care we got was appreciated. I noticed in this one visit a no-nonsense attitude towards their pet care that made me feel great. I mean that they focused on the pet concern and not the money they could make. We have since visited twice with both our cats, different vets, and still feel good about the visit. No price gouging. No unneeded treatments. All staff are very pleasant and helpful.
