They have been taking care of my family for over 50 years. They have an amazing selection and do beautiful work with friendly service.
B/c of chemo and weight loss, my husband lost our 52 year identical wedding ring. We went to Tracy and they said they could cast my same ring and make another. Great! The rings are different size and design than mine. We paid 1500.00 to have it re-created. They did not do what they said they could do. After years and years at Tracy, we will not be back.
My engagement ring and wedding band no longer fit my finger. I came into Tracy Jewelers to talk about designs for having them incorporated into a single ring. Shannon listened to my thoughts and ideas, and she designed a ring that exceeded my expectations. She captured the essence of what I’d envisioned! To top it off, I was out of town when the ring was finished and Shannon had it overnighted to me. I’ve used other jewelers in Spokane for design, the design and service of Tracy’s have been the best by far.
Super happy with how my Rings turned out. They needed a lot of repair as they were in despair from another jeweler, and me being kind of rough on them. We added a lot of love to my rings and they are now strong and ready to last a lifetime again as they are pretty old already, to my knowledge. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. I don't feel the repairs took very long, and I don't feel it was rushed either. They took very good care of my jewelry, and I will be going there again
