Train Moment is a great place to surround yourself with like minded people while working to better your physical and mental health in a high intensity environment. No better way to kickstart my Thursday’s than with coach Gillian and the EMOM conditioning focused classes. She will call you out if youre not going hard enough, but she’ll also praise a strong effort. What you put into the class is what you get out of it, but their structure allows you to attack new movements and muscle groups while in a group setting.
Joining Train Moment MKE has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The programs are well structured, the coaches are full of energy, and the whole environment is designed to push you to your limits in the best way possible.
